It lasted 2 seasons with care, used occasionally. Others borrowed it and forced it closed which bent the top supports. With money invested on the sides I would like the ability to purchase the top supports. They would be easy to replace. Apparently they are not available.
Very dissatisfied. Two of the black buttons used to unlock the canopy section broke the second time using it. Made very poorly.
I purchased original product in April, 2006. Within 5 uses, the accordion pieces that expand to hold the canopy began to break. I am a very cautious person and did not force anything together in its use.
Not meant for people who treat their gear with an overly rough hand, but like most things, if you actually take care of it and treat it well, it'll serve you well. This isn't the Cadillac of canopies, but it's really quite a good piece of equipment for the price. Mine lasted me a good three years of pretty serious 3-season use, but it finally died last fall in a freak microburst. Then again, few canopies would ever survive such a thing intact, anyway.
Used it twice so far, once in the rain and it worked great. Easy up and down, stable in light winds. Quality seems fine to me, no problems at all. I would buy another, we love it.
Do not buy this canopy!! It bends too easily, it BENDS and breaks. Also, YOU CANNOT BUY REPLACEMENT PARTS.
Good for the price. Served us very well for three years. It is vulnerable to abuse by others who aren't careful.
First time using the wind blew and bent the legs causing the the legs to crinkle and the plastic slides would not go over. Had to break two legs off to fold it back up. Save your money and buy from a company that sells quality products that they will stand behind.

This canopy was great the first 2 times we used it then like others have said the frame becomes weak and breaks. We had invested in the screens and rain walls also. Now what do we do with it. Waste of money in my opinion. They need a recall on this product! The frames can't hold up to more than a few times of setting up.
Great for Tailgates! The average parking spot is 10' wide, this 10' x 10' can fit between that space and not block the car next to you or the traffic in the lot. In fact, you can back your car under it, as we did. Breaks down in less than 1 minute. As with any equipment, take good care of it and do not force the pieces together.
So far so good... This has been exactly what we needed for camping. We also bought the matching light set and together they give us a great shelter for day and night.
I am very dissatisfied. The shaded area is much smaller than expected. I think the 10 x 10 area includes the slant of the legs, but the shaded part is much smaller than other 10 x 10 canopies. It is difficult to set up and I can tell it will break easily as the metal buttons are already sticking after one use.
It was nice while it lasted - 2 years. As it has been said before, the metal snapped in the upright supports - 8 places, and we had to use bolts to hold the legs up since the tabs went into the legs, and the stitching was failing in the canopy. We will not buy another one, regardless of the price.
This lasted through 3 years of moderate use. The stitching on the canopy came apart after the first few uses. The frame broke in several places like it was designed to totally fall apart. Will not buy another one!
VERY disappointed. We bought this canopy last year and the 5th time we used it the metal broke and the tabs on the legs disappeared inside the legs. Now the canopy is unusable. Don't buy this canopy!
I have bought this canopy and the solid walls and also the screen room and had to take back the solid walls. Zippers' either torn or they did not zipper or one side longer then other. Stiching is bad on canopy. Comes apart quick and the screen walls stiching is bad comes apart very quick. I would never buy another one like this.
I love my Quest canopy! It is a quality product for the price.
We bought ours last year, and we have used it maybe five times. We also purchased the screen walls and the rain shield. The metal tabs in the legs are disappearing into the legs, and the metal top support has broken in two places. We have been very careful not to force these pieces into place, but they broke anyway. I strongly urge people not to buy this item.
This will not last much longer than a few times. The plastic molded assembly that is used to push in the metal tabs (for collapsing the legs) needs to be eliminated. The metal prongs should be visible, and one presses in on them to collapse the legs. After a while, the plastic push-button does not properly align with the metal tabs, and there's no way to collapse the legs. Don't get this.
I was very happy with the canopy until a strong wind cart wheeled it across my yard. One of the legs crumpled and a couple plastic pivots broke. I called the company and they are shipping me an entire new frame for less than half of what I paid for the whole canopy. This will leave me with lots of spare parts from the broken frame if it happens again. I am very satisfied with this company; they stand behind their product. (Make sure you stake down the canopy firmly; it makes a great sail in a high wind.)
This canopy is very good for the first few times you use it. Then you need to start watching for metal fatigue in the joints of the four upper arm assemblies that extend to the centerpoint. All of mine are fatigued and deformed and one has completely snapped. The metal needs to be thicker and stronger to stand up to the stress that it sees over time. I expected the frame to last longer.
I am happy with this canopy and it is great to use on the soccer field.
