The repair man is coming out again tomorrow in order to try and fix my elliptical. This is the second repair in two months. I would not buy this machine again. It makes a very loud clunking noise!
I've had this product about two months and I use it every other day. It's a solid, quiet running piece of equipment. The action is exteremly smooth and there are more than enough levels of resistance for any type of workout. The noise level is not really enough to be an issue--it doesn't interfere with T.V. or radio.
I bought the elliptical so I could save time at the gym- just focus on the machines when I was there.. I have had it about 2 months- I've recently noticed a squeaking noise, but I just turn my ipod up and it doesn't bother me.. I would definately recommend this elliptical.. almost gym quality with a reasonable price!
First one I had broke while testing after assembly due to a faulty weld.

We have had this for about 6 months now and my wife and I both love it. Now we both want to use the elliptical and the treadmill gets little use. Build quality is very good, no issues.

WOW, what a machine! If you want an elliptical that will work you out this line of ellipticals is it. Great value compared many before buying. It does make a nosie in the start of the workout however, after about two minutes the nosie is gone and you are off sweating.

The elliptical works great. I love it, but it does click and make some funny noises. I hope it doesnt break because I love it.
Bought it yesterday and put it together in less than an hour. Easy instructions, and machine is very smooth though it's only been one day.
Health club quality.
Love it, great buy for the money.

The CSE 3.6 worked fine for about a week. Then it started to make a noise.

My wife bought this for herself and I gladly put the thing together for her. All I can say is it is of very poor quality.
The 3.6 has a major flaw. It is impossible for me to reach the hand grips while using it unless I lean forward and go up on my toes, which is not good form. And I am not a short person, so I should have no trouble reaching the hand grips.
